Low-Impact Cardio Plus
Start your fall off right with a workout that will make you glow from the inside out! We will spend 35 minutes doing low-impact cardio, including some low impact dance, circuits and functional fitness. Then we'll move to muscular strength and flexibility. Each session will include a relaxation segment to end your day! This class is full of workouts that are fun and refreshing! All kinds of music genre will keep you dancing! Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Optional: Bring a set of weights and your own mat. Park in the west parking lot and enter the Activity Center entrance.
ACE certified personal trainer, ACE group training certification. Avid runner. Works with all kinds of fitness levels from beginning to more advanced. Pilate's training, HITT training, studio strength training, over 15 year's experience in running and walking programs and coaching.
