Bloomington Try Hockey for Free!
PK-Gr. 3 The FREE Bloomington try hockey for free program is a "Learn to Play" class focused on Pre-K to Grade 2 students who have any interest in ice hockey. These FREE classes are available to any Bloomington Pre-schooler, Kindergartener, First and Second Grader (public, private, or home-schooled) who would like to hit the ice. Parents - you are responsible for the transport of your child or children to the rink and back home on the date/s you have registered for. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. There will be certified USA hockey coaches and volunteers to help your child/children get equipped and on the ice. Everyone must always wear a mask. NO equipment needed, however if your child has skates and a helmet, please bring them to class. Dress appropriately for ice hockey - No Shorts or Short Sleeves. This "Learn to Play" class will last one hour. You need to register for each session you plan to attend. Classes are held at the Bloomington Ice Gardens. Parents must stay for the class. -
Co-Ed Gymnastics Sampler with Legacy Gymnastics
Ages 5-12 Legacy's four-week Sampler class is a great place to start! In this class your child will get a taste of all four Olympic events in gymnastics: floor, beam, bars, and vault. Improve coordination, balance, and have fun - all at the same time! Learn the basic gymnastics shapes and skills like cartwheels, rolls, handstands, and so much more. This class is held at Legacy Gymnastics, 7593 Corporate Way in Eden Prairie. -
Flag Football with Skyhawks Sports
Ages 4-10 Skyhawks flag football is the perfect program for your young athlete who wants a complete introduction to America's Game or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for league play. Through our 'skill of the day' campers will learn skills on both sides of the ball including the core components of passing, catching, and de-flagging or defensive positioning - all presented in a fun & positive environment. The class ends with the Skyhawks Sports Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! -

Legacy Ninja Monkey
New Class! Ages 6-8 Our Ninja's practice stealthy skills and unleash their inner ninja in a gymnastics setting. Class includes obstacle courses and games using trampolines, climbing ropes, foam pits, and other gym equipment. Class is held at Legacy Gymnastics, 7593 Corporate Way, Eden Prairie, MN. -
Lynch Little Shooters Basketball Camp
Ages 6-9 Hoop it up and join this exciting basketball camp. Your child will learn and improve upon the fundamentals of the game including ball handling, shooting, passing, offensive/defensive moves, footwork, and more! Wear tennis shoes and bring a water bottle. -
Lynch TENNIS, Junior Hitters, Ages 8-11
Ages 8-11 Learn the game of tennis from a USPTA certified Tennis Professional and coaches. In a fun, energetic court atmosphere, your child will learn or improve on their stroke, strategies of the game, and also friendly competition between players. This class is on Sundays. Bring your water bottle, age-appropriate sized tennis racquet and wear tennis shoes. -
Lynch TENNIS, Young Hitters, Ages 5-7
Ages 5-7 Young Hitters - Start your kids off right with lessons from a USPTA certified tennis professional. In a fun and energetic atmosphere, your child will learn or improve upon stroke production, strategies of the game and play games using low compression, age-appropriate tennis balls. This class is held on Sundays. Bring your water bottle and age-appropriate sized tennis racquet. -
Skyhawks Baseball
Ages 4-10 Skyhawks Baseball takes the energy and excitement of this great all-American team sport and puts it all together into one 4-week class. All aspects of the game are taught through drills and exercises that focus on pitching, hitting, and catching. This co-ed program is designed for the beginner to intermediate player and will incorporate essential life-lessons such as teamwork and sportsmanship. Skyhawks Baseball staff will assist each athlete in developing the fundamental skills of the game through game-based drills and daily play aimed at developing the whole player. -
Skyhawks Cheerleading
Ages 5-12 Skyhawks cheerleading teaches young athletes all the essential skills to lead the crowd and support the home team. This class will ensure that each student will learn cheers, proper hand and body movements as well as jumping techniques. There is no stunting, just a big focus on fun while each cheerleader learns important life skills such as team building and leadership. -
SuperTots: 1st Down Tots
Ages 2-3 1st Down Tots is a development program for kids ages 3 through 5 years old that uses a variety of fun games to engage kids while teaching the sport of football and developing fundamental skills. The goal is to build fitness, muscle coordination, football fundamentals and create a love of the game. We do not do any tackling or blocking at this level. -
SuperTots: Baseball Tots
New Class! Ages 2-3 Learning baseball has never been more fun! Baseball Tots classes focus on fine and gross motor skills as well as body control. We teach all the baseball basics, such as throwing, catching, hitting and running control. We are excited to help these little ones develop a love of the game.
