Camp SAFARI is full-day childcare for youth entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade in 2024-25. Summit SAFARI is for children entering 5th and 6th grade in 2024-25. *Space is limited, site is not guaranteed.*
Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Gr. K-5 It's time to roll up our sleeves and have fun creating with color! We'll explore our creativity by painting awesome masterpieces while using many types of art techniques like tempera paint on canvas, creating multimedia art, exploring watercolors and much more. We'll have a blast as we make all sorts of fun projects while mixing colors to bring our creations to life. Campers should wear clothes appropriate for painting. Bring a water bottle and nut-free snack daily.
