Join Chef Mimi for an exciting class where you’ll learn to make both crispy egg rolls and savory samosas! From preparing flavorful fillings to perfecting the wrap and fry, Chef Mimi will guide you through each step. Whether you’re making them for a snack, appetizer, or meal, this class will bring a delicious crunch and bold flavors to your kitchen. A $20 supply fee is collected by the instructor in class.  Bring to-go containers to class.

Chef Mimi is a passionate cooking instructor with a contagious enthusiasm for cuisine. Her expertise spans global flavors covering a wide range of cuisines from Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, South American, Ethiopian/Eritrean to Caribbean styles. Mimi teaches students of all ages and skill levels, both in-person, virtually, private and for team-activities across the Midwest, Southwest, and beyond.  

With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Chef Mimi brings the joy of cooking to people of all ages through engaging, beginner-friendly classes. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced cook, her classes are fun, interactive, and accessible. Specializing in global flavors, Chef Mimi offers a diverse range of cooking experiences.
