Camp SAFARI is full-day childcare for youth entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade in 2025-26. Summit SAFARI is for children entering 5th and 6th grade in 2025-25. *Space is limited, site is not guaranteed.*
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.

Join Chef Mimi for a hands-on fettuccine pasta class, where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch with the guidance of Chef Mimi! Perfect the art of crafting fettuccine noodles and create rich Alfredo and zesty marinara sauces to pair with your pasta. This fun and flavorful class will give you all the skills you need to recreate this classic dish at home. A $20 supply fee is collected by the instructor in class. Bring to-go containers to class.
Chef Mimi is a passionate cooking instructor with a contagious enthusiasm for cuisine. Her expertise spans global flavors covering a wide range of cuisines from Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, South American, Ethiopian/Eritrean to Caribbean styles. Mimi teaches students of all ages and skill levels, both in-person, virtually, private and for team-activities across the Midwest, Southwest, and beyond.
With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Chef Mimi brings the joy of cooking to people of all ages through engaging, beginner-friendly classes. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced cook, her classes are fun, interactive, and accessible. Specializing in global flavors, Chef Mimi offers a diverse range of cooking experiences.
