Indian Culinary Workshop: Classic Palak Paneer Dive into the vibrant flavors of North India with this hands-on cooking class focused on the vegetarian favorite, Palak Paneer. In this workshop, you will learn to master the rich, healthy, and aromatic spinach-and-cheese curry that is a staple in Indian cuisine. Join us for a fun, interactive session and enjoy your own freshly made Palak Paneer at the end of class, served with rice or naan! All skill levels are welcome. What You Will Learn: Spice Mastery: Discover the essential Indian spices and how to temper them to create a deep, balanced flavor profile for the palak (spinach) gravy. Perfect Paneer: Learn the secret to achieving soft, non-rubbery paneer (Indian cheese) that absorbs the delicious spices. Technique: Master the process of blanching and pureeing spinach to preserve its vibrant green color and fresh flavor.
