A Special One-Night Event at Perk Up Kitchen

Celebrate the leading ladies in your life (or just treat yourself!) with a hands-on session dedicated to the delicate, layered art of puff pastry and rich pastry cream. This class is designed for bakers of all levels who want to transform simple pre-made dough sheets into stunning, bakery-quality pastries. We’ll guide you through the "science" of laminated dough and the secrets to smooth, glossy crème pâtissière. Plan to take home a box of freshly baked pastries!!

What You Will Learn:

  • Puff Pastry Folds: We’ll experiment with a variety of folds, fillings, and shapes, mastering essential techniques to achieve maximum lift and those iconic, shatteringly crisp layers. It’s time to transform simple dough into a buttery masterpiece!

  • Crème Pâtissière Perfection: Learn to whisk, temper, and flavor a silky-smooth pastry cream—the perfect filling for your creations.

  • Biscuits: Transform your dough into beautiful breakfast biscuits.

Date: Monday, April 20 | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM, $49/person Includes a take home box of bakery treats.
