Breakfast isn’t just about sugar! In this two-week series, we’re diving into the hearty, savory side of the morning. This is the perfect "Kitchen 101" for anyone who wants to learn how to cook impressive, filling meals with confidence.

  • Session 1: The Ultimate Comfort Plate
    • We’re tackling the king of breakfast: Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. You’ll learn how to make a roux, season a perfect gravy, and cook Eggs to your preferred style (fried, scrambled, or basted) to top it all off.
  • Session 2: The Art of the Quiche
    • Think of the Quiche as your new culinary superpower. It’s elegant, indulgent, and the ultimate way to transform fridge leftovers into a centerpiece. We’ll cover the secrets to a blind-baked, flaky crust, the precise egg-to-cream ratio for a silky custard, and how to achieve a perfect golden-brown finish without a soggy bottom in sight.
  • Dates: Tuesdays, May 19 & 26 | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM, $89/person
