Gr. 3-7 Create a wand and magical pendant using TinkerCAD while learning 3D design skills. They'll also do fun Harry Potter-inspired challenges and create themed video games while waiting for the prints to finish. Student-designed pendants will be printed and sent home. Printing and material fees are included. Harry Potter is a Warner Bros. trademark. This camp is not affiliated with them.

Gr 4-8 Learn 3D printing basics and create magical Harry Potter-inspired designs! Using Tinkercad, students will model and print two of their own creations (wands, tools, etc.). No prior 3D printing experience needed. Laptop/mouse comfort recommended.

Gr 4-8 Design and 3D print your Minecraft creations! Learn 3D modeling and printing basics using Tinkercad. Students will create and print two Minecraft-inspired designs to take home. Laptop/mouse comfort recommended.

New! Grades PreK-3 Is sparkle your child's favorite color? If so, they will love this camp! They'll make brilliant, sparkly masterpieces including a portrait of a pony, a trinket box and a painting of a butterfly. The kids will learn different art terms and techniques as they get messy with Model Magic®, plaster of Paris, and more spectacularly sparkly supplies. The projects your child crafts in this camp will glitter, gleam, sparkle and shine. Please pack a nut-free snack and drink for your child each day.

Gr. K-5 DASH Sports Summer Basketball camps provide players with a well-rounded basketball experience covering a broad range of skills training and skill-based games. Players will be taught how to properly shoot, pass, dribble, and play defense in a fun and positive environment. Camp ends with scrimmages and games the final day where athletes can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a nut free snack. Balls are provided.

Gr. 3-5 Join this dynamic course to learn a dynamite instrument! Players will learn the basics of music including reading music, rhythm, melody and meter. Participants will explore structural strength and test load capacity, building bridges from recycled materials inspired by "Iggy Peck, Architect" and designing a bridge fit for the "Three Billy Goats Gruff." The course integrates literacy with science concepts, fostering both creative and critical thinking skills.

Grade PK-3 Step into our Candy Lab and explore science through sweet experiments! From candy chemistry to edible art, every activity uses candy to teach cool scientific concepts. Mix, melt, and marvel at how sweets can be both delicious and educational! Please pack a nut-free snack and drink for your child.

Gr. 3-4 This camp explores the exciting world of levers, launching, targets, trajectory, and aerodynamics. Using the Engineering Design Process, campers will build catapults, ball launchers, gliders, and paper airplanes. Participants will then experiment with modifications and design changes to improve performance, making their creations fly faster, higher, and further.

Gr. 1-6 Learn new skills that are not covered during our after school chess clubs. Work on the five elements of chess, and two new chess openings! We’ll also work on end-game theory and practice new end-game scenarios and tactics. New players will learn piece movement, attacking strategies, notation lessons, and game play. All lessons are taught for every student to succeed in their playing skills, both on and off the board! Prizes will be awarded to ALL players at the end of the week. We’ll also have other outside and inside activities throughout the week. Please make sure to bring a rocket garage (shoe box) on Monday for the rocket kit. Launch time will be 2:30pm on Thursday! Pack a nut-free lunch and we’ll head outside for a picnic every day, weather permitting. Don’t forget the sunscreen. Note: This is a full-day class....bring a nut-free lunch, two nut-free snacks, and a water bottle to camp daily.

Gr. K-2, 3-6 Whether you have your own cute critter at home or you just love animals, this is the camp for you! You'll discover the ins and outs of caring for popular pets. Plus, you'll create exciting pet toys and tasty treats to share with your own furry friend or donate to animals in need. Gr. K-5 Prepare to get messy, creative, and muddy! In this fun, hands-on camp we’ll make animals, ornaments, pinch pots, and even famous characters with all sorts of clay and dough, from Air-Dry Clay to Model Magic. In this fun filled camp we’ll slab, pinch, hand build, and sculpt our way through this creative camp that features an exciting combination of projects. Please bring a nut-free snack, water bottle, and recess attire.

Gr 3-7 Design your own Dinosaur Theme Park! Combine science, engineering, and imagination to build roller coasters, ferris wheels, and more. Explore dinosaurs and engineering principles through hands-on activities and teamwork.

Gr. K-4 Unleash your imagination as you journey through the wide-ranging world of LEGO® building. Students working in pairs will build models and discuss the engineering science behind each. This fun, hands-on class shows students how engineering can be fun and silly yet still educational. Students will then be challenged to improve the model and customize their creations. Possible models include the never-look-back machine, skittletops, do-nothing machine, coat hanger daredevil, trapdoor cable car parachute machine, rubber band racer, balloon-powered car, and other crazy action contraptions.
