Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Fall 2025 Bloomington Youth and Adult Enrichment

Vinyasa yoga emphasizes fluidity by connecting breath with movement. Each class will begin with pranayama (breath techniques) and move into a variety of asanas (poses) including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, core strengthening, and backbends.

Alexis graduated from Yoga Sanctuary's Holistic Yoga Teacher Training in May 2023. She has taught there and also Community Ed since March 2024. Respect, curiosity and honesty are driving forces of her work.
