Indulge yourself in this popular Chicken Pad Thai cooking class whose name means “Thai stir-fry".  In this fun-filled and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step by your instructor, Chef Mimi in recreating this classic known for its diverse flavor profile of sweet, salty, sour and spicy on to properly prepare and build the flavor profile of an authentic Pad Thai sauce. Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your new found signature dish!  Bring to-go containers to class. $20 supply fee paid to instructor in class.

Mimi Selam

Chef Mimi is a passionate cooking instructor with a contagious enthusiasm for cuisine. Her expertise spans global flavors covering a wide range of cuisines from Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, South American, Ethiopian/Eritrean to Caribbean styles. Mimi teaches students of all ages and skill levels, both in-person, virtually, private and for team-activities across the Midwest, Southwest, and beyond.  

With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Chef Mimi brings the joy of cooking to people of all ages through engaging, beginner-friendly classes. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced cook, her classes are fun, interactive, and accessible. Specializing in global flavors, Chef Mimi offers a diverse range of cooking experiences.
