3D Printing & CAD
Gr. 1-7 This 3D printing camp takes students through the 3D printing process from start to finish. Campers will design 3D objects using TinkerCAD and use the 3D slicing program Cura to bring their creations to life. From industrial design and manufacturing to software and hardware engineering, the 3D printing industry is booming. This camp serves as an excellent introduction to 3D printing and is ideal for campers who like to draw, design, imagine and see their creations come to life. All supplies are included. Two grade levels: Gr. 1-3 and Gr. 4-7. Please bring a water bottle and nut-free snack to camp daily. -
3D Printing: Build Your Own Robot
Gr. 4-8 3D printing is here to stay! This camp is for students who have no or limited experience with 3D printing. Campers will be learning the ropes of 3D modeling and printing. They will use 3D pens to understand printing in plastic and use CAD software (computer-aided design) to design parts for their robot to be 3D printed. At the end of the week, campers will put together a basic DC-motorized robot to take home. Bring a water bottle and nut-free snack daily. -
Art Academy with Kidcreate Studio
Ages 5-12 Does your child love art? Painting, drawing, clay - it's all awesome! Then this is the camp for them! We will experiment with many techniques, materials, and styles as we make snow globes, paint on canvas, create clay characters, and more. Come ready to have an artsy good time in this highly anticipated camp. Please bring a nut-free snack and a water bottle each day. -
Basketball Camp with Lynch Sports
Gr. 1-4 Hoop it up and join this exciting basketball camp! The Lynch Summer Camp is for boys and girls who are interested in improving their skills including: passing, shooting, ball handling, rebounding and offensive/defensive moves. You will also compete in games and contests throughout the week. Sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership will be incorporated throughout the camp. Players will be grouped by age and ability. Please have your child bring a basketball to camp. Wear appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack. -
Basketball Camp with Skyhawks Sports
Gr. 1-7 This fun, skill-intensive camp is designed for beginning to intermediate players. An active week of passing, shooting, dribbling, and rebounding makes this one of our most popular programs. Participants should wear appropriate gym clothing and running shoes. If your child has their own basketball, they should bring it to camp. Please bring a water bottle and two nut-free snacks to camp daily. -
Chess Camp, Fun in the Summer!
Gr. K-6 Learn new skills that are not covered during our after school chess clubs. Work on the five elements of chess, and two new chess openings! We’ll also work on end-game theory and practice new end-game scenarios and tactics. New players will learn piece movement, attacking strategies, notation lessons, and game play. All lessons are taught for every student to succeed in their playing skills, both on and off the board! Prizes will be awarded to ALL players at the end of the week. We’ll also have other outside and inside activities throughout the week. Please make sure to bring a rocket garage (shoe box) on Monday for the rocket kit. Launch time will be 2:30pm on Thursday! Pack a nut-free lunch and we’ll head outside for a picnic every day, weather permitting. Don’t forget the sunscreen. Note: This is a full-day class....bring a nut-free lunch, two nut-free snacks, and a water bottle to camp daily. -
Craft Mania
Gr. K-4 Join us in this creative camp as we learn to turn different crafting materials into pieces of art. We'll have a blast as we make a clay pinch pot, a wooden trinket box, a paper mache bird, a tie-dye T-shirt and many other fun crafts. So what are you waiting for? Join us and have a Craft Attack! Bring a white T-shirt to camp, a water bottle and nut-free snack to camp. -
DASH NFL Flag Football Camp
Ages 5-12 DASH Sports officially licensed NFL Flag Football camps provide players with a well-rounded football experience in a little to no contact safe environment. Key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense will be taught and practiced daily, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning the values of "Respect, Hustle, and Pride." Camp ends with scrimmages/games the final day where players can showcase their skills. Athletes should bring a water bottle and a snack (spikes/cleats are optional). Footballs and flag belts are provided. This camp also includes an official NFL Flag Football jersey and flag belt that players keep. Mouth guards are recommended. -
DASH Sports Baseball Camp
Age 7-10 DASH Sports summer Baseball camp provides players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and base running will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of "Respect, Hustle, and Pride." Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle, snack, and a baseball glove (spikes and bats are optional). Other equipment is provided. -
Destination Mars: Rocketry
Gr. 2-5 Launch and watch your very own rocket speed 300 feet into the air! Then it is yours to take home! Campers will make and take home multiple rockets of varying difficulty throughout this camp. We will use these rockets and airplanes to investigate basic aeronautical concepts including: propulsion, thrust, lift, drag and more. We will also hypothesize about travel in outer space, how to get a United States astronaut to Mars and life on Mars. Do you have the right stuff? NOTE: Parents will be asked to contribute two, 2 liter soda bottles (empty) for 2 different experiments. Camp fee includes $18 materials fee. Bring a nut-free snack and water bottle to camp daily. -
Drone Racing and Rocket Launching
Gr. 2-5 Get your adrenaline running this summer with this super exciting camp. Are you intrigued by drones? Would you like to learn more about this amazing technology? What about learning to fly them and participate in aerial races? Learn the science behind flight in this camp! Not only will you race drones against your fellow campers, you'll also learn about model rocketry and pick up how to launch rockets up to 300 feet and more into "space"! This camp also includes a "swarm" of fun STEAM projects. Bring a nut-free snack and water bottle to class. -
Engineer's Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse with Engineering for Kids
Gr. 3-7 Have you ever wondered what you would do to save yourself from the Zombie Apocalypse? Campers will find themselves the lone survivors of a Zombie Apocalypse and will learn that the undead are coming to find them. The challenge is to stay alive until scientists find a cure. Be careful! One bite and you will become one of them. Campers will work in teams and use the Engineering Design Process to create projects to help them make the best choices for their own and their classmate's survival. Bring a water bottle and nut-free snack daily. -
Epic Robo Lab: Build Your Own Robots
Gr. 1-4 Robots are sooo much fun, and this camp is full of them! Do you like your Robot cute and fuzzy, or perhaps more hawkish and intriguing? YOU are the creator of your own robots. Using motors, batteries, and other supplies from your "inventors shack" have a blast as you engineer a different robot each day, from fast moving, wiggly, spinning, shaking, and so much more. We'll top this camp off with other mind-boggling engaging activities. Bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack to camp. -
Escape Room: Space-X Galactic Mission
Gr. 1-4 If you are looking for the most thrilling, out-of-this-world adventure this summer, then this camp is for you! Imagine - your mission is stuck on a newly explored planet and now you need to figure out how to return to Earth! Your path back leads you to solve fun clues and STEAM challenges. Build a rower, design an extension arm, create a light-up constellation map, and ultimately, once you collected all the clues, launch your own rocket! Explore space like never before in this action-filled camp. Bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack to camp. -
Extreme EV3: Battlebots
Gr. 3-7 This camp will energize and excite campers by combining the LEGO® building system's versatility and Mindstorms EV3 (the most sophisticated microcomputer brick ever made by LEGO®). Working in teams, campers will construct fun LEGO® models, experiment with programs, and compete in robotic challenges. Robot building, block programming, and team work will be a part of each day's activities. Final challenges will be centered around hitting targets and a sumo battle. Fencing
Gr. 2-12 New and returning students invited. Youth Enrichment League {YEL!} fencing has evolved. Olympic Coach Ro Sobalvarro now heads up {YEL!}’s curriculum, instructor training and tournament consultation. Coach Sobalvarro brings with him an immense knowledge of youth, national and international fencing. We keep it fun, too. Flag Football with Skyhawks Sports

The week ends with the Skyhawks Super Bowl, giving participants a chance to showcase their skills on the gridiron! French Summer Camp with Alliance Francaise
Gr. 1-5 This week-long summer camp is an introduction to the French language where students will learn about stories from the French speaking world. Designed for students in grades 1 - 5, Alliance Francaise will instruct students using French-speaking instructors with training and experience in teaching children the French language. Engaging activities will center on French vocabulary, grammar, and execution, along with introductions to the French-speaking world. Alliance Francaise is a non-profit French cultural center in the Twin Cities. Campers should bring a water bottle and nut-free snack daily. -
Glitter, Shimmer, and Glimmer
Gr. K-4 Do you love art and things that shimmer and sparkle? Then this is the camp for you! In this camp, we'll draw and paint, sculpt and collage, and bring our art to the next level with glitter, gems, sparkles, and more. We'll make sparkling hearts, sculpt cute glittery clay birds, paint on canvas, and create an adorable collage, among other dazzling projects that shimmer and glimmer. To add to the fun, we'll have a special day where we'll paint our nails and make a cool accessory to wear. Wear clothes you can get dirty in and bring a water bottle, and a nut-free snack to class. -
Global Flavors
New! Gr. 7-12 In this exciting new camp, your camper will learn about cuisine flavors from around the world including Ethiopian, Mediterranean, and Asian favorites. Campers will work together to prepare several dishes from around the world and will be able to taste their culinary creations at the end of the class. Please note: there are no accommodations for food allergies due to the ingredients needed for cooking these global dishes. Food dishes may contain peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, and other food allergens. As your child will be eating in this class, no need to send a snack, but please send a water bottle each day. -
Golf Camp with Skyhawks Sports
Gr. K-3 Campers will learn the fundamentals of golf: swinging, putting and body positioning. Skyhawks has adopted the SNAG (Starting New At Golf) to its curriculum. SNAG, developed by the PGA, is specifically designed for the entry-level player. SNAG simplifies instruction so that young players can make an easy and effective transition onto the golf course. Growing and Cooking with the Sun
Gr. 3-6 The sun is your best friend if you know how to use it! In this camp, you will learn how to cook with just the sun. Solar cooking bypasses traditional cooking means. No electricity, gas, charcoal, or wood needed for solar cooking. Campers will learn how to cook meals, dry food for preservation, and purify water all with the sun. In the end, campers will build their own sun oven and water heater they can take home. Bring a water bottle and nut-free snack daily. -
Hey Clay!
Gr. K-4 Do you love clay! Then prepare to get messy, creative, and muddy! In this fun, hands-on camp, we'll make animals, ornaments, pinch pots, and even famous characters with all sorts of clay and dough, from Air-Clay to Model Magic. In this fun-filled camp, we'll slab, pinch, hand build, and sculpt our way creatively and feature an exciting combination of projects. Bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack daily. -
Hogwarts Magical Robotics Builders
Gr. 1-4 Journey to the magical world of Harry Potter and other fantasy lands. Build and program magical theme projects. Young imaginations will soar!
