Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the time-honored art of creating pasta from scratch. Chef Mimi will teach you how to throw together the perfect pasta dough as well as how to roll and slice it into noodles. You'll also learn to make a tasty sauce (red or white) to smother your freshly made noodles — a rich and satisfying homemade dish. $20 supply fee is collected by the instructor in class. Bring to-go containers to class.
