Preschool summer programming is a four-week language and literacy rich preschool experience. Classes will be held July 8th-August 1st, Monday - Thursday from 9a-11:30a.
Camp SAFARI is full-day childcare for youth entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade in 2024-25. Summit SAFARI is for children entering 5th and 6th grade in 2024-25. *Space is limited, site is not guaranteed.*
Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Gr. 3-6 DASH Sports Summer Baseball camp provides players with a well-rounded experience in a fun environment. Key elements of throwing, fielding/catching, batting, and base running will be taught and practiced, and players will be grouped and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment while learning values of "Respect, Hustle, and Pride." Camp ends with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle, nut-free snack, and a baseball glove (spikes are optional). Baseballs and bats are provided.
