Step into Preschool is designed for children who turn 3 after September 1st, 2024.
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Join us for some authentic African dishes. We'll make Goat Stew (beef option available too), Pilau Rice, Matooke (mashed plantains with a peanut sauce) and Chapati Bread. This will be a hands-on cooking class so you can explore the step-by-step process. There will be plenty of food to sample! Every step is educational, informative and a dream-like trip into the food culture of these historic countries. $20 food fee payable to instructor in class. Please note dietary restrictions when registering. Bring to-go containers to class.
