Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Whether it's a date night or just a night of fun....how about a bit of swing dance? One night, one dance. A lifetime of fun! An "arch" and a "loop" are just two of the patterns that can take you from the sidelines onto the dance floor. Couples only, please.
Monica Mohn is a 3-time “USA Dance” National Ballroom champion, winning titles in 9 different styles of dance. She is a nominee by MN Bride for "Best Wedding Dance Instruction”. Monica is a talented teacher, making it easy & fun! With a full range of dance styles from Ballroom to Thriller Line Dance, everyone can enjoy dance from her instruction!
In addition to teaching, she’s coached competitive ballroom performance teams, coordinated and trained flash mobs, choreographed dance routines for local MN bands and lead corporate “Team Building” events. She brings the joy of dance to Special needs groups, senior groups, high school groups and church groups.
