Develops confidence skills and improves other swimming skills:

• Swim underwater
• Perform open turns on front and back using any stroke
• Tread water using sculling arm motions and kick
• Perform front crawl and back crawl
• Perform breaststroke
• Perform elementary backstroke
• Water safety topics
