Step into Preschool is designed for children who turn 3 after September 1st, 2024.
Camp SAFARI is full-day childcare for youth entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade in 2025-26. Summit SAFARI is for children entering 5th and 6th grade in 2025-25. *Space is limited, site is not guaranteed.*
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Volleyball Level 2 co-ed (SKILLED VOLLEYBALL) offers you to competitive volleyball without joining a league. Teams are made by the facilitators to have fair and competitive play. We want players to bump, set, hit, and have FUN! For safety reasons, we as designated facilitators reserve the right to refuse play. Participants must be 18 years or older. Some walk-ins welcome using the punch card option if space available. Our goal is to provide a safe & competitive environment for players that do not want to join a league. This is also a great way to meet new people. Park on the west side (back of school), enter Door 7.
A 5 session, $42.50 punch card is available for drop-ins and must be purchased prior to class through the Community Education office by calling 952-681-6132, in person or by mail at 2575 West 88th Street, Suite 200 in Bloomington. Cards will not be available for purchase at class. Punch card is available for use playing Level II and Level III Volleyball. Punch card will expire June 6, 2025.
