Camp SAFARI is full-day childcare for youth entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade in 2025-26. Summit SAFARI is for children entering 5th and 6th grade in 2025-25. *Space is limited, site is not guaranteed.*
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Learn the best, quickest and easiest methods of grilling or smoking common BBQ meat selections and become the BBQ King/Queen of your neighborhood! We will demonstrate the methods to create mouthwatering and memorable meals using Ribs, Chicken, Pork, Butt Roast and Brisket. This is a demonstration class with plenty of sampling! Children 8 + are welcome to attend with a parent
Hugh Munro/Ambition Que is a regular competitor on the KCBS (Kansas City Barbeque Society) Masters Series since 2020. KCBS is the NFL of BBQ Competitions, sanctioning contests worldwide. Ambition Que travels the country competing in numerous BBQ contests every year. I am a BBQ Enthusiast/Addict.
