Preschool summer programming is a four-week language and literacy rich preschool experience. Classes will be held July 8th-August 1st, Monday - Thursday from 9a-11:30a.
Camp SAFARI is full-day childcare for youth entering Kindergarten through 4th Grade in 2024-25. Summit SAFARI is for children entering 5th and 6th grade in 2024-25. *Space is limited, site is not guaranteed.*
Early Camp SAFARI is a full-day childcare for 3, 4 or 5-year olds that are currently enrolled in a Bloomington Public Schools Preschool program.
Kids' SAFARI is a before and after school program offered for children in kindergarten through grade 5. The focus of these programs is on school-age childcare and enrichment opportunities designed to meet the changing needs of children and families.
Preschool SAFARI is designed for families who desire an early learning education experience with a childcare component available. There will be a licensed preschool teacher giving preschool instruction for 2.5 hours during the day with a paraprofessional.
New for 2023-24, afterschool Targeted Services programming will now all be under one umbrella and called Fusion. It will be a 4 day a week program, Monday through Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:45pm.
Enjoy your child’s first class! Whether this is your first child or 3rd, baby classes are for you.
Our infant classroom is designed with you and your baby in mind. Come in comfortable clothes ready to sing and play with your baby. You will also have the opportunity to meet other parents/caregivers with children the same age.. A licensed parent educator will provide support and research based materials that will help lay a foundation for your child’s development. Topics will focus on social emotional, language, and motor just to name a few of the developmental areas. Sleep, nutrition and self care are often discussed weekly.
This is a non-separating class.
Please refer to the chart above to determine your level based on the size of your family and your income. You will be able to choose one of these levels during the registration process. All families are welcome. No one will be denied participation due to inability to pay. Sibling care may be available based on interest for each class. Separate registration for sibling care is required and fees are based on the chart above.
