Raising Siblings

2024-2025 Early Childhood Family Education -
Bloomington ECFE 2024-2025

2, 3, or more children in a family has its challenges and cheers. Let’s talk and address those cheers and challenges in a class with other families. Join this class with your children to connect, learn through play, and have fun! A licensed early childhood teacher will set up the classroom for your children to explore sensory, art, and learning materials together. Parents/caregivers will have time to talk in another classroom with a licensed parent educator discussing parent topics such as raising more than one child, birth order, temperaments, development, guiding behavior, guiding relationships and more.

Gradual separation will happen throughout the semester. Children under the age of 2 may be required to stay with their adult. Please register each child that will attend this class.

Learning goals for this class are:

Families will connect with their children and each other through play.

The child over the age of 2 will begin to comfortably separate from their adult. Parents/Caregivers will gain knowledge, skills, and connections for their family.

Please refer to the chart above to determine your level based on the size of your family and your income. You will be able to choose one of these levels during the registration process. All families are welcome. No one will be denied participation due to inability to pay.
